Albania Property Prices

Albanian property prices have grown by around 400% between 1993 and 2006.

In 2006 the annual growth rate was 17%.

As Albanian is still very much a developing country it is difficult to get accurate price data and information on the market especially outside of Tirana.

Strong price growth trends are expected to continue with high demand and low prices.
