Tenancies can be of any term, but typically last 1 year.
We provide a full letting service for landlords in Sofia - we charge one month's rent to the landlord.

Management
The management of a foreign property can be a real hassle and headache for landlords - a good management agent (that communicates well!) is essential.
Typical management fees range from 15% + VAT upwards per month.
Furthermore, there may be additional charges for accounting services.
We provide a full management service for landlords - we charge a flat rate of 15% + VAT of the rent per month, for a full high quality service which includes both management and accounting.
