The Czech property market is still one of the best investments in Europe. The Czech Republic has a fundamentally strong economy, low level of debts, rising wealth, low costs/taxes, good mortgage finance and a prominent position in the heart of Europe, that attracts tourists and businesses alike. Traditionally the property market in the Czech Republic has been one of the strongest in Central and Eastern Europe, driven by a strong economy, rising wages and good mortgage financing. Prices hit a peak in summer 2008 and fell heavily for over a year. Czech Rental Market
The Czech Republic has always had a traditional strong rental market, producing yields of 6-8% on average.
