Ostrava Property Market Overview

Our property services in the Czech Republic

From our head office in Prague we deliver a full range of property services, from rentals and property management to resales.

Our property services cover the main cities in the Czech Republic such as Prague, Brno and Ostrava.

Ostrava saw 40% property price growth in 2007 alone, with further good growth in 2008.

Prices were very low after years of economic decline due to its industrial past. The city has taken large steps to attract foreign investment, particularly car makers like Hyundai.

Like, Brno, it is often a place where many Czech companies based in Prague chose to have an office location as wages and office space are cheaper.

Ostrava is now in a much stronger position economically, which is likely to continue, than in the past. Carefully selected projects in the city may well add up to a good investment opportunity.
