Property prices in the Czech Republic grew around 20-30% in 2007. In some cities this figure was nearer to 40%.

Relatively healthy growth continued in the first half of 2008.

Towards the end of 2008 prices began to fall slightly. We expect this to continue in 2009, at the same time creating excellent buying opportunities.

Prices in Prague range from 40,000 to 350,000 CZK /sqm.
In the Czech Republic's secondary cities it is now difficult to find good property below 30,000 CZK/sqm.

The graphs in the following document show how prices have changed in various locations in the Czech Republic over the last few years.
