Poznan Property Market Overview

Our property services in Poland

From our offices in Poland we deliver a full range of property services, from rentals and property management to resales.

Our property services cover the main cities in Poland such as Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Poznan and Lodz.

Poznan is one of Poland’s main trading cities with German and as such has a very Germanic feel to the place.

Being one of the top 5 cities in Poland it has a diverse range of industries to support the local economy and is famous for its exhibition centre.

The property market in Poznan was more of a slow burner. Price growth between 2005-2007 was more measured than some of Poland’s larger cities such as Warsaw, Krakow & Wroclaw (though still around 20-30% per annum).

In 2007 this price growth caught up quickly to national levels with growth of over 50% in one year. This growth, however, did not last for long and prices in 2008 fell.

We predict later in 2009 growth will again return to the property market and as like many Polish cities Poznan is a good bet as a mid-long term property investment location.
