Due the phase of high property price growth of the last few years the Polish rental market has been static. Even in Wroclaw, which has traditionally had one of the best rental markets in Poland, rental rates have not increased at all.

As prices started to slow in Poland's 3 major cities there have been tentative signs that rents have picked up and voids reduced slightly. A trend which we will be monitoring closely over the coming year.
