Our Letting Service does the following:
- makes a recommendation on the rental level achievable for the property in the given market
- markets the property for rent (using a range of marketing activities)
- shows prospective tenants around the property
- negotiates with the tenants
- signs contracts with the new tenants
- installs the new tenants in the property
- sets up any payments that need to be made
