Our "Hands-off" Property Management Service:

Our "Hands-off" property management service is designed so that, after the initial setup of the service is done, an investor should need to do very little apart from read their property management report which we send every month.

We look after all the property management details:
- finding a tenant
- handover protocol to ensure tenant has keys and pays rent correctly
- management of the apartment
- chase tenants for any unpaid rent
- organise any maintenance for the property
- organise property insurance
- sit on the owners committee for the building
- keep track and account for all payments and bills related to the property
- pay annual real estate taxes on behalf of the investor
- ensure annual tax returns are filed for the investor
- we even pay all of the bills (such as service charges, electricity & maintenance) on behalf the investor.

The only thing the investor should need to do is watch the money come into their bank account every month.

All this for only 9% + VAT of the rent/mth!
