Property Management: Fit-out, Kitchens & Furnishings
Once you have completed on your property you need to get it ready so that tenants can move in.
Most off-plan developments in Central & Eastern Europe do not include kitchens or furnishings (and some even don't include tiles, doors, floors, paint etc).
Hence, we have designed a service that installs fit-out, kitchens and furnishings that are specifically tailored to (1) the needs of the market, (2) the design of the property and crucially (3) the budget of the investor.
We have an in-house design specialist, who looks after all the design details ensuring investors get both the highest levels of service and the best possible internal finish for their property & budget.
Fit-out
In some countries developers deliver their properties in an unfinished state (sometimes known as black finish). In this state there are no tiles, floors or paint etc. In Poland and Bulgaria, for example, is this quite common.In such cases it is necessary to finish the property before it can be rented out.

Kitchens
We offer three standards of kitchen:- "Economy" package - for those investors either on a tight budget or have bought a lower end property
- "Standard" package - suitable for most mid standard investment properties, good quality and does the job
- "High standard" package - sourced from a specialist kitchen studio, high quality materials, design & finish, looks great & lasts well
Furnishings
For furnishings we have the same three quality packages as above for kitchens.In addition to the 3 quality levels, we have two levels of what is included so that an investor can furnish their property for the needs of the market:
- "Essential" package - covers the basic items needed for the property to function (ie lights, blinds & washing machine)
- "Complete" package - covers all items of furniture required to let the property fully furnished
