Barrandov Hills was built by the property developer Huts Group.

Barrandov Hills is located on a hill, in Barrandov, Prague 5, over looking the city.

Despite the good views this development affords of the city the immediate view is one of a petrol station and one of the busiest roads in the whole of the Czech Republic. The noise and population are not very pleasant. The road will become more quiet when the ring road around Prague is completed by 2012.

Tenants are typically young professionals or families, on a low budget.
