Forest Park, Prague 4

Forest Park was built by the property developer Marie Group, many of the unit were sold by AAAByty.cz.

Forest Park is located in the south of Prague 4 - Libus.

The Forest Park development is connected by bus to the city centre and a metro station 10 minutes bus away. The area is less sought after than some others, and has a very high population density and many panelaks. The surrounding area of the development has a number of small industrial units, such as car dealers and is not particularly attractive. It is however close to a large hospital and a short drive from out of town business parks such Chodov Centrum.

Tenants are typically lower to middle class, who can afford that bit quality than what one of the nearby panelaks offer.
