Nad Rokytkou is being built by the property developer Broomwell Developments and BCD Group.

Nad Rokytkou is located on Podebradska street, in Vysocany, in Prague 9.

The area in which Nad Rokytkou resides is one of former factories. These factories have now closed down en-masse and are being gradually replaced by new build residential and commercial buildings. Such projects are gradually transforming the area turning Vysocany from a industrial wasteland into a relatively attractive and cheap place to live. It also has the advantage of not being too far from Kolbenova metro station.

Tenants are typically lower to middle class, who can't afford to live in a better location but appreciate new surroundings and access to transport.
