Nova Harfa, Prague 9

Nova Harfa is being built by the property developer FINEP.

Nova Harfa is located on Podebradska street, in Vysocany, in Prague 9.

The area in which Nova Harfa resides is one of former factories. These factories have now closed down en-masse and are being gradually replaced by new build residential and commercial buildings. Such projects are gradually transforming the area turning Vysocany from a industrial wasteland into a relatively attractive and cheap place to live. It also has the advantage of not being too far from trams and a metro station.
Due to all the building the area is both a little less desirable than most and also oversupplied with apartments, thus rental and resale prices are slightly supressed.

Tenants are typically lower to middle class, who can't afford to live in a better location but appreciate new surroundings and access to transport.
