One Palmovka was built by the property developer Discovery Group.

One Palmovka is located just a short distance behind Palmovka metro station just across Bohumila Hraba Namesti, in Liben, Prague 8.

One Palmovka, being just two minutes walk from the metro station Palmovka (yellow line) puts the development just four short stops (around 10 minutes) from the city centre. The area is still a little run down but is seeing widescale reconstruction and development which should lift the area over the coming years.

Tenants are typically middle class professionals, who want good transport access to work, want to live in a nice building but perhaps can't afford a more upmarket location.
