Sacre Coeur occupies an elevated position in a good part of Smichov. Whilst it is on quite a busy road it has a direct bus connection to other parts of Smichov, such as Arbesovo Namesti and Strahov sports centre. A bus connection is also available direct to the metro at Karlovo Namesti. Flats on higher floors on the south and east sides should have good views of part of the city.

Tenants are typically middle class professionals. The general area is quite sought after and is very close to Mala Strana and Prague 1.
