Spirit Wharf is being built by the property developer Carasco.

Spirit Wharf is located on Komunardu and Delnicka streets in Prague 7 - Holesovice.

Spirit Wharf development is connected to the city centre by tram, which is right next to the development and only 2 stops to the nearest metro station. Holesovice is a growth area of Prague, traditionally quite industrial it is gradually being transformed into something more desirable. The area still has some way to go, however, is definitely up and coming. Oversupply will be a difficulty in the short term. Tenants are typically younger professionals who work in the area or the city centre.
