The Gardens, Prague 8

The Gardens was built by the property developer Dvorak.

The Gardens is located on V Zachradach street in Prague 8 - Liben.

The Gardens development is connected by bus to the city centre by tram which is only 2 minutes walk from the development. The area is not particularly desirable nor undesirable. The area is undergoing regeneration however it will be a number of years before it will reach its full potential. The development itself is of "medium" standard/finish quality. Tenants are typically middle class who want to live in a new build but can't afford something more luxurious.
