Build Quality Ratings
The below table is intended to rank property developments by the quality of their build and design.
This will allow the investor to more accurately compare two developments at the same price and evaluate whether they are paying a fair price (or just a lot of money for a broken down shed).
Many developments are sold as luxury but many are far from it. Hopefully this ratings system will help shed some light on the subject.
In designing this ranking system we have looked at the following criteria:
- general building design
- construction materials
- internal finish and materials
- standard of finish / attention to detail
We have not looked at:
- sale prices
- location
- name of the developer
- internal layouts
Naturally the ratings for developments that are still off-plan and not yet completed are more subjective.
Initially we have started ratings for developments in Prague, this will then be expanded throughout the Czech Republic and beyond.

Note 10 is a high rating and 0 is a low rating.
